AI Terms of Use

These AI Terms of Use ("AI Terms") apply specifically to features and functionality within Kygit ("Platform")—operated by Paipe Labs, Inc.—that incorporate artificial intelligence ("AI") models and automation, including but not limited to large language models (LLMs), code generation systems, and summarization tools. These AI Terms supplement our Terms of Use.

By accessing or using any AI-powered features, you agree to these AI Terms.

1. Informational Use Only

Outputs generated by AI features (including code, documentation, summaries, or other insights) are provided for informational and exploratory purposes only.

These outputs:

  • May contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information;
  • Should not be relied on as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or technical);
  • Are not guaranteed to be complete, correct, or fit for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for independently evaluating all outputs and verifying their suitability before use.

2. User Responsibility

  • You use AI-generated outputs at your own risk;
  • You remain solely responsible for your actions and decisions based on AI outputs;
  • You must not rely on AI-generated code or suggestions without proper review, testing, and validation.

3. Model and Provider Disclosure

Our AI features may rely on third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI or other LLMs). We do not guarantee availability, quality, or continuity of these models. We reserve the right to change providers at any time.

4. No Sensitive or Confidential Input

You must not submit or process any sensitive, personal, or confidential data through AI features. We do not guarantee privacy or confidentiality of data submitted to or generated by AI systems.

Examples of prohibited content:

  • Personal identifiers (e.g., SSNs, passport numbers)
  • Proprietary company secrets
  • Protected health or financial data

5. Feedback Loop and Improvement

You acknowledge that anonymized user input and AI interactions may be used to improve the quality and performance of the system. By using AI features, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your non-confidential input to improve our models and services.

6. Export Control and Compliance

AI features may be subject to export laws and regulatory restrictions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those related to AI usage, export, and data transfer.

7. No Guarantee of Availability

AI features may be experimental, limited, or unavailable at times. Paipe Labs, Inc. may change, suspend, or discontinue AI functionality at its discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paipe Labs, Inc. disclaims all liability related to:

  • AI-generated errors or harm caused by reliance on outputs;
  • Losses resulting from improper use or interpretation of AI-generated information;
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party AI providers.
